1. Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or edited. Please carefully review your sizing, quantities, discount codes, and shipping address before finalizing your checkout.
Discount Codes: Only one discount code can be applied per order and must be entered in the designated promo code section during checkout prior to making a payment.
Payment Declines: If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details or contact your financial institution, as we do not control payment processor rejections.
Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email shortly after ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting customer support.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Rates & Destinations
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: We are currently exploring international delivery options. Availability and destinations vary by country at this time.
Express Delivery: We primarily utilize standard shipping options. Expedited or express shipping is not guaranteed and is subject to local availability and real-time inventory.
Processing, Timelines, & Tracking
Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order require specialized manufacturing and typically ship within 3–4 weeks from your purchase date.
Standard Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on order volume and your geographic location.
Tracking: Once your package leaves our facility, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent directly to you.
Delayed or Lost Packages: Protector Innovations is not liable for carrier delays, but if your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days of your original order date. Requests submitted after this strict 21-day window will automatically be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Strict Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, items must be in brand-new, pristine condition. Any items showing signs of wear or use will be rejected. To pass our inspection process, items must meet the following criteria:
No visible wear, tear, or stretching (including deformed elastic).
Completely odor-free (including but not limited to sweat, perfume, smoke, cologne, or laundry detergent).
Free of all dirt, debris, or court markings.
All original tags must remain attached.
Includes the original foam insert, which must be fully formed and completely undamaged.
Includes the original packaging, which must be in undamaged condition.
Important Disclaimer: Items that do not pass our quality inspection will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange, and the item will not be mailed back to you.
Return Processing, Fees, & Exchanges
Exchanges: Customers are permitted one (1) exchange per order (e.g., for a different size). The exchange item must meet all condition and inspection requirements listed above.
Return Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping, postage, and handling fees. Furthermore, all approved returns are subject to a flat $9.00 processing and handling fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item successfully passes our inspection, your refund will typically be issued back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective from manufacturing, please do not use the item. Contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence of the damage, and our team will work quickly to correct the issue.
